The Four Steps

01

Become a Member

You enroll and pay a low annual membership fee, approximately $19 per year, which is less than a Costco or Sam's Club card. Each month you meet your product point requirement, and the membership is what unlocks Member pricing.

02

Shop Products You Actually Use

You browse a catalog of 400+ products across wellness, nutrition, home cleaning, personal care, and beauty, and buy the ones that fit your household, at Member prices.

03

Set a Simple Monthly Rhythm

You commit to a small monthly order of at least 35 Product Points, and you choose which products make it up. This allows Members to focus on products they already use regularly. Product Points are a value assigned to products rather than a dollar amount. It ships directly from the manufacturer to your door, no store trip, no middleman markup. Most everyday household purchases easily satisfy the monthly Product Point requirement.

04

Refer a Friend (Optional)

If you love a product and a friend joins on your recommendation, you may earn commissions on qualifying purchases. It's completely optional and separate from your membership, so you can simply shop if that's all you want.

Why It’s Built This Way

Melaleuca is the manufacturer. By selling directly to Members instead of through retail stores, it cuts out many of the retail markups that sit between a factory and a store shelf, distributor margins, retailer margins, and the advertising budgets baked into most consumer brands. Those savings help fund Member pricing and the referral commissions, without inflating the price you pay.

Like other membership-based models in retail, a membership creates a direct, repeat relationship, and direct relationships are cheaper to serve than one-off transactions. It’s why the fairest comparison is to Costco and Amazon, and part of why Melaleuca ranked #2 on America’s Best Brands for Value.

What You Don’t Have to Do

Just as important as what membership includes is what it doesn’t require:

  • You don’t buy inventory or keep product in your garage.
  • You don’t have to recruit anyone or “build a business.”
  • You don’t sell to friends and family to get value.
  • You don’t have to invest any money besides what you purchase for yourself.
The takeaway

If you’ve ever paid for a warehouse-club card or a Prime subscription, you already understand the deal. Membership in, better prices out, on products you were going to buy regardless.
